Force an extension into DND

I am running freepbx 17. In the extension list, there is a summary and one column says DND. I want to force certain mailboxes on DND but when I click edit I just cannot find any DND options anwhere.

Can anyone help?

DND is a user option and there’s no real method in the admin GUI to manage it.

You can change this by logging into UCP, either directly as the user (using fwconsole unlockucp if the user password is unknown) , or by granting permission to your own user login for the user’s DND settings in userman.
