Hi All,

We have an main IVR for our PBX and i need to set up a 24 hours support that will follow offices around the world.

What i want to perform is main IVR > 6 for support > 3Xtime condition > queue.

how can i perform this setup?

Hi,

You should do below steps:
1- Define your main IVR
2- Define your queue.
2- Define Time Groups
3- Define A Time Condition with using Time groups and set destination to the Queue.
4- Route number 6 in the IVR to defined time condition.
