Has anyone gotten Sprint PCS phones to work as follow me extensions? I add my cell number to the extension list and then place a # at the end like stated in the instructions, however, when I do so that triggers my cell phone to go straight to voicemail. Anyone else experience this and how did you fix it?

Check your logs and see if the followme is actually working properly
– if you have an announcement, make sure its really there and that
the cell phone actually is being called, etc.
Its tedious, but the only way to figure things out.

It dials the cell phone, hence the statement “triggers my cell phone
to go straight to voicemail”. Voicemail on the cell phone, not on
asterisk. I’ll see it ringing the extension first, then my WiFi phone,
and then finally my cell phone. I can hear my cell phone voicemail
picking up the call causing the ring group to be answered.
