We have recently had our old numbers RCFed to the new native numbers that are on our SIP service. When I place a call to one of the new native numbers that is routed to an extension, the call is then routed to the number that is listed in the follow me with no issue.
however if I call the number that is being RCFed to the new native number, the phone does ring for the allotted time to ring at the endpoint but does not forward the call to the follow me location.
Any idea or setting I need to check?
