Follow Me FInd me not working

I am running tb 2.2 with asterisk 1.2.18. I believe the follow me module is 2.4 but not sure. I have one location that wants to be able to dial there remote location just by hitting 800. So i set up a follow me find me “ringall” and took the phony 800 extension out of the list and put in 9+number+#. THis has worked in every other place i have ever tried it and they say it works off and on here but I cant get it going for the life of me. Here is what goes on. After the fmfm it rolls over to the ring group here at the main location but it should never get to that point. Thanks to any who help.

you need to put the number in exactly how you would dial the number if dialing from a phone, you have not done that. For example, if you have setup your pbx to require 9 for an outside line (no need to do that but if you have…) and after that to require 11 digit dialing, then you would need to put in 91NXXNXXXXXX# as your number in the followme. (replace Ns and Xs with the appropriate number).

I have the number in as they dial it. They dial 9 to get out thus the 9 in front then the area code then the number then #. Just like I would dial it.

I thought teliax required 11 digit dialing, maybe not?:

-- Got SIP response 503 "Service Unavailable" back from 63.211.239.2
-- SIP/teliax_trunk-082decc8 is circuit-busy

According to that, teliax does not like the number you are sending with is the 10 digit dialed number. So if the issue is not a missing leading 1 (well 91 in your case), then check with teliax - maybe you are maxing out your channels or something. The response SIP code form them is 503 which I think usually translates to bad number.
