Follow Me Fails after Static IP change

I changed the server’s Static IP, updated advanced and SIP settings and everything is working with execption of any extension with Follow Me. If follow me has anything in it all calls go straight to voicemail. When running asterisk -r I see what seems to be the problem:
Launched AGI Script /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/dialparties.agi

multiple of following:
ERROR[18378]: utils.c:1164 ast_carefulwirte: write() returned error: Broken pipe

then:
dialparties.agi: Failed to execute ‘/var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/dialparties.agi’: Permission denied

Did I miss a change somewhere?

This file seems to be copied each time because I changed permissions and it was changed back.

What version of FreePBX? Asterisk? Installed by hand or Distro install? Have you tried to reboot?

FreePBX ver 2.9.0,12
Asterisk ver 1.8.11.0

Hand installed long ago.
Entire server was shutdown, moved and rebooted. Only thing done was new Static IP was given to card, Free PBX Web Address under Advanced settings, and External IP under SIP settings. Follow me used to work fine. If wiped out extension rings; if any extension is edited in Follow me that extension goes straight to voicemail.
