I’m able to dial outbound calls internally… however when I setup the follow me to dial an outbound, it is failing. Or if a call comes in from outside and we try to transfer it to an outside line (all circuits are busy). We were able to do this up until we setup the new server, so I know it’s a setting I’m missing, or a trunk incorrectly set. I copied all of the setting from the old box, outbound routes, trunks, inbound and follow me. Not sure where to get a log from, but in reports… it shows as either failed for outbound or after 5 seconds it goes to the final destination and never rings on the external phone. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know what logs to post if you need to see them… (also a quick hint on how to get them just in case)
