Follow-me calls not recording

Hi Everyone

I have some Follow-me’s setup on extensions with all call recording options turned on but in the CDR there is no link to a recording file. Is there a bug here somewhere?

FPBX 15, Asterisk 16.

No known issues here, and is probably related to your other ticket re lack of CDR record. Provide a call trace via pastebin.

If there are no reasons for not to, you may consider enforcing call recordings at Inbound/Outbound Routes

Make sure (also) that your Direct Audio settings are correct. You do not direct audio if you want to server to record your calls. Also, you may want to look at your recording options and make sure that you are recording all calls (including local to local) just to make sure the recordings are getting done.
