As our Asterisk-Freepbx has grown in extension we want to use the FOP to manage calls.
We can Hangup calls: by double clicking on the red button, and Originate calls: by dragging an available extension to an available destination.
But if we try to transfer calls: by dragging the phone icon to the destination, the call isn’t transferred. In fact the call is dropped and a new call is originated between the two extensions involved in the operation.
Any clues about what could be happening?
We’re using asterisk-1.4 and FreePBX 2.5 (up to date). Sip trunking.
