Five seconds of dead air before voicemail with progressinband

I had an issue with no audio on forwarded calls.

So per a number of different posts, I added to sip_general_custom.conf

prematuremedia=no
progressinband=yes

However, I’m running into an issue with the caller’s ringtone. If the call is forwarding or find me follow me is enabled and call isn’t picked up, there is about 5 seconds of dead air on the caller’s end (while the forwarded call still rings the cellphone) before voicemail picks up.

Is there anyway to fix this?
