First Ring, then Music on Hold

Hello,

I have setup a queue with 2 extensions that ring when the queue is called.
Now i want to play music on hold, but not immediately but after some seconds (for example 10).
So first it should ring, and after 10 seconds (if nobody answers the call), it should play music on hold.

Is this possible? If yes, how could this be done?

Not sure how this would fit into your overall plans…

Have 2 queues, one with moh and one with ring. Set the timeout on the ring queue to however many seconds you want and the failover destination to the moh queue. Route the call to the ring queue first.
