firmware 4_23_3
Just want to report that the firmware update fails on P370 & 330 phones, using slot 1 (0.00) with customized firmware. I have to restart the phones and press the “Erneut” button (translates to “repeat”) 3 times…then it works.
The firmware I use is the original file from Sangoma…just the newest, which is usually not available in freePBX.
P370 4_23_2 is latest in EPM>Firmware Mgmt and I had the exact issue you describe updating via EPM Firmware Slot 1 v 1.76 on FreePBX 17 the other day and opened a ticket for it but no response on it…
It would fail multiple times then finally updated on the 3rd or 4th time…
@defcomllc What version were you upgrading from? And can you send me your SF case number?
It was whatever fw version is included in EPM Firmware package 1.75. Ill have to reload that one to see what P370 fw version that is.
