Firmware not updating in Endpoint Pro

Hi

Can someone check something for me? We’re running 2.11.0.1.47 of endpoint manager.

If we drag any firmware entry from the list of yealink firmwares to either slot, and then hit submit, our choice is reset and the boxes are empty. The firmware never updates.

Can someone see if they can reproduce this?

What browser are you using?

I’ve tried Firefox and IE10.

Firefox has issues occasional, have you tried it in Chrome.

Please try in chrome.

The reason is firefox has a javascript bug that causes the firmware download to fail.
