Firewall needs some extras

I would like the option to change the timer settings for the blocked hosts.
I want to also make them permanent if the timmer has 0 as the selection.

I would like the firewall to block countries and blocks of IP addresses.

I also thought about blocking GOIP based.

However, we need to file a feature request: issues.freepbx.org
