We use a ring group for incoming calls and add the prefix “IB:” to all the calls. This prefix is not included on calls to our employee’s direct phone lines. Is there a way to use incoming call processing in Sangoma Connect to ignore calls with the “IB:” prefix added by the ring group? I have tried adding the prefix as a “starts with” condition but I only get the number keypad (android phone) so I’m unable to enter alpha characters.
Also, I don’t see that there is a way to delete incoming call processing entries. Is there a way to do this?
