File /etc/dahdi/modules is not owned by root

Hello everyone
Im very new to this;

Currently running
Asterisk (Ver. 1.8.20.1):
PBX Firmware: 2.210.62-5
PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0
with a digium 1TE122BF

i receive the following notice under ‘FreePBX Notices’

File /etc/dahdi/modules is not owned by root
Please run 'amportal chown’
Added 17 minutes ago
(dahdiconfig.etcdahdimodules)
File /etc/dahdi/system.conf is not owned by root
Please run 'amportal chown’
Added 17 minutes ago
(dahdiconfig.etcdahdisystem.conf)
File /etc/modprobe.d/dahdi.conf is not owned by root
Please run 'amportal chown’
Added 17 minutes ago
(dahdiconfig.etcmodprobe.ddahdi.conf)

i only get this when i change form DHCP to none and enter a static ip address under ‘admin/system admin/network setting’

i have spent several days trying to figure out why and how to fix it.

i ran amportal in CLI and get the following:
SETTING FILE PERMISSIONS
Permissions OK

does any one have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

thanks
