When I call to my freepbx annocument should be played but when I call i was getting diconected and in console there was error: “File custom/aok1 does not exist in any format”, i checked custom sounds directory but all sounds are there and i don’t know whats the problem
If you go to Admin → System Recordings is the recording listed there and are you able to play it from there?

I found solution!
Theres error in asterisk configuration and i have to move my audio files from /var/lib/asterisk/sound/pl/custom to /var/lib/atsrisk/sounds/custom
