FeePBX with 3 Google Voice accounts in OBi200

I have a FreePBX connected to a OBi200 running three google voice accounts (SP1, SP2 & SP3).
Outgoing calls are routed properly to each GV account (thru SP4) but the called number in any GV account only rings once and then it wait until somebody picks it up or goes to voicemail. I don’t know if the issue is in FreePBX or the OBi200.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
