I know its late in the game - but spontaneous creativity just slapped me.

  1. A feature code to send calls straight to vmail - ie Bob knows Bill is on an important call, so he tranfers someone to *85+BillsExt to send the call straight to Bills vmail without hitting call waiting.

  2. dynamic queue agent priorities/skills - I think ive heard mention before, and knows its hard, but if there was some way to maybe do a dynamic queue login, and then enter a priority number after of 1-9. Also a checkbox in gui under the agent ext to allow/disallow them from changing this priority.

  3. stretching it even more - This is probably better sent to trix, but a slimserver integration module for MOH.

Philip - I know the trac :wink: You guys have done more than enough for this version.

Can’t you do this already just by prefixing the extension with ‘*’ ?

Extension prefix for dialing direct to voicemail: ‘*’ (under General config).

put feature requests on trac (the voicemail one exists today). Ask greg about slimserver - he has done something, not sure if it was slimserver or something else.
