Feature Code Problems

Whenever I dial a feature code (*97 for voicemail mostly) on any of our phones (Grandstream GXP2120) it says “calling *97” very briefly, then goes to “Talking to *97” for about 1-2 seconds and then the call drops. Anyone have any ideas for what could be causing this? The same exact thing happens when picking up parked call, using intercom, etc. When I pick up a parked call I can hear that it connects to the line, and then the call just ends.

I’ll try setting the speed dial, but I don’t think that is the problem. I’m not using the phone’s programmable buttons, I’m dialing *97 and hitting send.

Grandstream issue.

I ran in to this the other day with a user tying to set/unset DND via a feature key. You may look in to setting it up as a speed dial so it doesn’t simply slam the digits and drop.
