Feature Code Busy Signal

Hi All,

I’m Using FreePBX 10.13.66-6, we had setup for some callers to change Existing IVR Audios by giving them a hidden number in the IVR which goes to a audio that has a Feature Code to edit it.
But when Pressing the number it gives them a Busy Signal, so we tried dialing the Feature Code Internally, but it looks like it tries to reach an extension.

Here’s the Logs… (Phone number and SIP Provider Replaced with ***)
