Faxing FROM FreePBX - Does it require the fax pro module?

We have inbound faxes working.

In order to SEND a fax out, does it actually require the fax pro module ? Because it really looks like most of the elements are already here. The 2 screen shots on Fax Pro are the same as already in Settings “Fax Configuration”, the Inbound Route Fax Tab. and the User Fax settings. Am I missing something ? or is it that yes, all of the settings are there, but if you want to actually send a fax we have to buy the module that attaches a document and does the dialing ?
