Fax Viewer doesn't show sent / received faxes

Hello and Welcome.
after I updated free pbx to 2.11.0, the fax viewer became not to show sent/ received faxes, although I found the faxes in the fax directory.
How can I make the faxes to be shown in the fax viewer?
any help will be appriciated!

From other posts I understand you use Elastix. Upgrading FreePBX outside of their official methods will break things.
