Hi Everyone.
I’m having trouble completing an incoming fax. What is received looks great (usually a half a page), but everything from the analog telephone is disconnected before having a chance to fully complete.

[Sep 11 20:03:11] ERROR[8526] res_fax.c: channel ‘SIP/voip.ms 1-00000000’ FAX session ‘0’ failure, reason: ‘fax session timed-out’ (TIMEOUT)
Could anyone help me troubleshoot this? I still receive the email with the fax attachment.
Please let me know if you require any more information. I am on asterisk 1.8, freepbx 2.9 and I’m also using the fax module under freepbx.
