FAX bug report!

Hi!

I try to configure a Freepxb to recive a fax, no solution found, seems a DIALPLAN bug. or something.
result on droped call.

.- Extension configured, inbound configured.

No. There is no incorrect dialplan. This functionality still works as expected inside of FreePBX, however you must be using the FreePBX Distro.

You need either FFA from Digium or SpanDSP installed. We will also fix up the module to avoid confusion, so that you can’t setup fax without an appropriate module installed, preventing this issue in the future.

was a module problem, distro work very well. no problems. tnks.
