Urgent help!

We suddenly got this error.

[FATAL] retreive_conf failed to get engine information and cannot configure up a softwitch with out it. Error: ERROR-UNABLE-TO-PARSE

FreePBX 2.11.0.37
Asterisk 1.8.27.0

Any ideas?

Have you checked to see if Asterisk is running? Anything in the full or messages logs to indicate what is up?
