Not sure how and which way you followed for upgrade FreePBX 10.13.66 to SNG7 but you should and i hope you followed this steps

Also you can try to run ( Recovery from a failed upgrade ) commands.

Yes, I faithfully followed the steps in the article you sent me, and I then follwed the failed recovery. I also found an article about the default password not being properly set, and followed those steps as well. Still complete failure. In addition to the PBX being down, I am now also having problems the ssdh failing.
Any ideas?

If you ran Recovery command i think on the background recovery module still working and for this reason you have SSH connection filled. ( Just i can guess now. ) Without any Screenshots or Logs difficult to tell you what is wrong on it.
Try to connect Monitor and Keyboard on this system to see which state is your update. Also i saw this recovery command fixed many Update Failed servers…
It s a Physical or VM server ?

Hi Shahin, I have a Lenovo server in a cage at Hurricane Electric. The recovery did complete successfully. There were no error messages on the screen physically connected to the server (I went into Hurricane’s facility to do the upgrade).
The only messages I got I took pictures of. Here is a summary (I can send you the pictures).
“Asterisk is not connected” in a red box. Many times.
"Failure to start SYSV
Lots of failures related to HA, that I’m not running
Failures to remove files that don’t exist
Some failures that comments say are expected
Right now, the server is running. I don’t have SSH access to it (its down as well).
I probably can get any files you’d like to see this evening.

This Old PBX was HA system? SNG7 doesn’t supports HA System!
If Old system doesn’t HA, Then you can try to re-install Asterisk Core, ( 14 or 16 vs ) with Sangoma script.

No, I have never used HA! It is disabled in my prior system.
Are you suggesting that by switching asterisk version it may fix things? What version is suggested? Is this entered as a CLI?

I think if you run asterisk-version-swich should be fix Asterisk broken service or files.

In addition to the issues I’ve shared with you, sshd is failing periodically, so right now I don’t have access to it at enter the command. It is at a colo that I will be able to get to this evening. I’ll let you know once I am able to get there.
Also, on Asterisk 16, before I try it, is CHAN-SIP still working? I have incoming calls set to PJSIP but it doesn’t always work for outgoing calls so I have a second vendor set up for outgoing calls on CHAN_SIP. (I was waiting to get this resolved until I updated my s/w.)
