We have about 30 offices or so using our FreePBX server at our main location. Many of these are 1 or 2 person locations in rural areas where Internet outages are not uncommon. I would like their inbound routes to failover automatically to another number (extension at main office or a cell phone) when the Internet is offline. I dont want it to failover if the target extension is just busy or unavailable. Any thoughts?
For each extension (in Advanced settings) you can choose a Not Reachable destination. This defaults to Unavail Voicemail if Enabled (same as the No Answer destination) but can be changed as desired.
