We are trying to upgrade from Version 13 to Version 14, but the distro-upgrade script is exiting with the following error code in the SNGUPDATE file and we cannot proceed.
‘utf8’ codec can’t decode byte 0xd2 in position 8281997: invalid continuation byte
######### An error occured, please check /var/log/sngupdate #########
Any ideas on what can be done to correct this or another method for successful upgrade?
