Failed update certificate with Let’s encrypt (lechecker.php)

Hello!
My FreePBX server behind NAT.
PBX Version: 14.0.3.18, Certificate Manager 14.0.3.1
I have added dstnat Port 80->80 for 4 domains: outbound1.letsencrypt.org, outbound2.letsencrypt.org, mirror1.freepbx.org, mirror2.freepbx.org
But then I get:
There was an error updating the certificate: Please check http://MYDOMAIN/.well-known/acme-challenge/BmuExxDg-tjNpiqkZlZcZDMWVms6sY9XIrUBqcaLpGQ - token not available

When I allow access to 80 port for all IPs I get next error:

There was an error updating the certificate:
Not Found
The requested URL /lechecker.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.25 (Raspbian) Server at mirror1.freepbx.org Port 80

Also my domain was cname for DDNS, but now I changed it for current IP.
Also disabled basic authtype with Apache.
From cli at freepbx server
curl http://mirror1.freepbx.org/lechecker.php
returns {"status":false}

Did you try opening port 80 completely?

Yes. When I allow access to 80 port for all IPs I gets error (see in question error about /lechecker.php)
UPD:
Certificate was going to expire and had self-updated today. I have no clue.
