Failed to send security notification email. An attempt to send an email to “” with security notifications failed.

im having this issue since last years after i updated the system does anyone knows how to fix it please ?

In the system admin module there are the settings for the smtp email server. You have to activate the commercial version, which is free anyway.

Is that on the email setup tab ?
then i see 2 options

Did you test your settings? It will show you some log text…
