Failed to authenticate

I have installed FreePbx on my virtual machine and created extension using Quick Create Extension now i am trying to connect the Phone with FreePbx but in the logs it is showing error

Request ‘REGISTER’ failed for 192.168.0.32:2053’ (callid: 630c8c01f282-zgnou2gwgobx) - Failed to authenticate

On the Phone set it is showing that not registered: Test

I am newbee could you please guide how to fix this ?

Enter the same password into both the phone and the FreePBX extension.

The log segment posted may be an attempted attack, unrelated to your phone.

Is your phone’s extension 201? Located in Moscow but remote from the PBX?

Only one has the 192.162 address. I suspect the OP re-keyed the log, rather than doing the correct thing an copying the log file electronically. On the other hand, the second one could be a deliberate attempt, by the attacker, to mislead.

Also, I would expect an attacker to go direct to INVITE. You don’t need to be registered to make toll calls.

I deliberately change the IP sorry for the typing mistake at 192.162.0.32:2053

I though as it is a public forum so i should not share the real IP. I am not aware about the forum rules on this.
