Failed to authenticate device (incoming DID call over SIP)

Hi,

I have a fresh installed FreePBX with working outbound calls over SIP.

My SIP provider has given us two SIP numbers/DIDs on the one trunk.

I am unable to call the second number and am getting he following log entries when I try to call it. I can see the call is reaching our switch but then is failing to authenticate/be routed.

any ideas?

(sip:01753320058 is my number calling them)

Thanks in advance.

Marc
