Fail2Ban broken after yesterdays module upgrades on all of my HA systems

Running FreePBX High availability and applied yesterdays module upgrades.
Now fail2ban is broken on all of my systems.
Clicking on Intrusion detection returns this:

Those are the modules I upgraded:
backup 13.0.27.17 (current: 13.0.27.16)
cdr 13.0.32 (current: 13.0.31)
core 13.0.122.13 (current: 13.0.122.1)
fax 13.0.40.5 (current: 13.0.40.4)
firewall 13.0.50 (current: 13.0.49.2)
framework 13.0.194.5 (current: 13.0.194.2)
iaxsettings 13.0.6.6 (current: 13.0.6.5)
paging 13.0.26.5 (current: 13.0.26.3)
parking 13.0.19.8 (current: 13.0.19.7)
queues 13.0.34.9 (current: 13.0.34.8)
sipsettings 13.0.27.1 (current: 13.0.26.1)
sysadmin 13.0.76.1 (current: 13.0.76)
timeconditions 13.0.34.9 (current: 13.0.34.8)
userman 13.0.76.37 (current: 13.0.76.35)
voicemail 13.0.54.20 (current: 13.0.54.15)

This is 10.13.66-22 and FreePBX firewall is not enabled.

fwconsole chown and service fail2ban start and now it’s back to working.
