Fail2ban blocking all traffic

After running for a few hours incoming calls stop and iptables get this entry

REJECT all – default anywhere reject-with icmp-port-unreachable"

I am assuming this is stopping traffic, any thoughts on how to stop this happening or what I should be looking at?
