Extrension dialing BUSY SIGNAL, IVR not working - unwanted behavior, after module updates

Hi guys

I updated a bunch of modules last night and i believe one of them was IVR. Now my IVR doesn’t do what i need it to do.

4 rings group and 3,2,1 rings extensions

but when the user presses either 3,2,1 it just gives a beep and hangs up the call, pressing 4 does ring the group.
i checked if the phones aren’t on DND

also dialing extension to extension which may be related to the above IVR behavior results in a busy signal
