Extra PJSIP endpoints showing in Asterisk info

For some reason we have several extra PJSIP endpoints showing up in Peers. Here’s an example of one:

Endpoint: 9077202/9077202 Unavailable 0 of inf
InAuth: 9077202-auth/9077202
Aor: 9077202 100
Identify: 9077202-identify/9077202

“77202” is a valid extension but “9077202” is not. Where did these come from and should I be worried?

They are Zulu devices, nothing to worry about.

I only have 20 zulu licenses and only 7 licenses assigned. There are over a hundred of these endpoints showing.
