Extra Digits added to outbound calls after running Module Admin update

Just ran Module Admin and upgraded all modules which where marked with update available. After module admin finished, tried to make calls and was unable.

Asterisk version: Asterisk 13.7.2

Calls are being manipulated to dial with an added 00024902
To: sip:[email protected]

Dialed 4169671111
Our outbound route automatically adds the 1 for 10 digit dialing

But what I can see is, its seems to be taking our account number or part of it 24902 and adding it to the dialed number.

Thanks for any help with this.

What version of FreePBX did you upgrade to? And, that Asterisk version is quite old, you should be on 13.9.1
