I have been using external extensions for quite sometime now. Since my pbx responsive firewall was updated I can’t get external extensions to work to save my life. I was able once or twice to rerun the firewall wizard and it would work for about a day then stop again. Is this something everyone is experiencing or does it sound like I have an isolated issue?
Are your external extensions at a single location? Or are they from different locations and all have stopped working? Have you verified that their current IPs have a trusted/local rule in the Networks section of the Firewall settings page?
Also, is anything relevant listed in Admin->System Admin->Intrusion Detection?
