When we receive or create external calls, the outside party claims not to hear us well but then the volume either ramps up or the sound begins coming through. Anyone experience anything like this?
I’ve never experienced anything exactly like this, but sounds like you might have echo cancellation training somewhere in the call path. What type of trunks? Are you using any analog devices?
I’m using SIP trunks with Twilio and my channels are pjsip. No analog devices. One person mentioned hearing echo on the calls as well.
