External Call Recorder system - Interconnection with Freepbx

Hi,

One of our clients is using a Eventide NexLog 740 Recorder for recording calls. Can someone let me know if we can interconnect an external call recording device like Eventide with freepbx. It is my understanding that a sip trunk needs to be established to the recording device. We are using yealink phones. Is there any other way of doing this?

It all depends on which interfaces the recording system has.
