I have an extensions with an assigned inbound route (direct DID). Is it possible to configure that if that extensions dials out, that it only uses an outbound route with the same DID? I dont want the outbound route to attempt to make use of any other trunk / outbound route configured.
Set up an outbound route for that extension (4th field in the manipulation table) so that this extension only uses this route. Set that route to only use one trunk.
If you set the outbound caller ID in the extension settings to their D ID, it will use that by default and less you override it in the outbound route or trunk.
