Extensions showing greyed and with DND sign on FOP2

Hi Team,

We are getting this status on the extensions in fop2. any idea what could be the issue.

FOP2 team told us that it’s due to ( it seems the channels in your new server differs from the channels in old server
That is why FOP2 may show them grayed."

Yes because those were once chan_sip extensions that you setup in FOP2 and now they are chan_psjip extensions but FOP2 still thinks they are chan_sip. So it is using the wrong tech prefix for the devices, SIP/ instead of PJSIP/

However, I have checked in the sip table for extensions sip/pjsip type.

all of them are “PJSIP” but some extensions show “PJPJSIP”
