Extensions: Outbound CID

Outbound CID field does not allow unicode characters. But I can use Bulk Extensions to set Outbound CID with unicode.
The new FreePBX 13 DB (with UTF-8 collation) works well with unicode. I think Extensions module must always allow unicode characters.
