Extensions not recognized up in the IVR directory

Having a small problem. One of our extensions is not accessible in the IVR directory. When you call our number, press #, and are presented with the IVR directory menu, the extension cannot be reached by the first three letters of the last name. I simply recieve a “cannot be found” type message. Any thoughts on where to look?

Turns out that a VM password needs to be set for an extension for it to be accessible in the directory. I simply added a VM password and everything works.

It is the only way it will get addressed properly.
