I have a server that has been set up only to take voice mail. It works great but now I want to add a phone and the /Applications/Extensions is missing. (I also looked for Poste)
Oh and if I manually change the URL with ‘/admin/config.php?display=extensions’ I get there fine. It is just the menu option that seems to be missing
look at the image you included - i see devices … that means you are in device and user mode which is not typical
extensions is a combined default view of these - in our scenario each is treated independently - you have devices and you have users … you put the two together to have an active extension

Is there an easy way to get it back to default? I looked around the Advanced settings and don’t see a setting that jumps out at me
