Extensions in queue ringing for 1 second

(PBXact version Version 12.7.5-1807-1.sng7)

Hello,

We have a queue with several extensions (5026, 5023, 5020, 5025) where the agents are saying the call flashes up too quickly on their phones for them to pick up the call. Having a look at the full log extract from a sample call below does seem to correspond with what they are saying. (Agent timeout is set to unlimited and the ring strategy is ring all.)

Any help appreciated.

Best Regards

Mihailo

I see the call being answered by Extension 5025 three seconds after the initial ring. That’s about one ring.

What’s special about 5025?

Thanks cynjut, much appreciated. I think this can be closed. I failed to understand something here which is now clear!
