Extensions are reported to be offline since upgrade to 10.13.66-17

UPDATE
It seems if I reboot a endpoint that endpoint will then register available. As it looks I will have to reboot all endpoints :(.

We upgraded to 10.13.66-17 yesterday and since then asterisk/freepbx has been reporting our endpoints to be offline. Here is a screenshot of the freepbx dashboard with asterisk set to one week.

While this is what is being reported our phone system is still up and running as normal. Extensions that are being reported as being offline still can be called and can place calls.

For more background we are running Asterisk 13 with almost all pjsip endpoints.
