Extensions are not working

Greetings,
I have setup a trunk with 8 extension under it(1 to 8).But no extension is working in the main menu of the ivr.When someone calls me an ivr is played and after 10seconds it automatically goes to the 1st extension.What can be the problem here?Plz help me

are the internal extensions working - can you dial 1 ext to another?
if you can upload a screenshot of your ivr

You said you have 8 extensions (1-8). Are the extension numbers 1 - 8?
