Extensions_additional.conf | Where are the include elements located?

To amplify Tom’s post:

/etc/asterisk/extensions_custom.conf
/etc/asterisk/extensions_override_freepbx.conf (I think).

Look for /etc/asterisk/extension*.conf from the console to get the exact filenames.
